Ingredients

  • Brain (Goat),Big 3 nos

  • Lime Juice 1 tbsp

  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Green Chili Chopped 3-4 nos

  • Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Onion,chopped 3 nos

  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp

  • Cinnamom Stick 1 inch

  • Shah Jeera 1 tsp

  • Cloves 3-4 nos

  • Cardamom 2-3 nos

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Coriander Leaves chopped 1 tbsp

Directions

    Soke brain in hot water for 5 minutes. this healp in cleaining.

    Take a pen Airtel cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, shaha jeera and saute.

    Now add onions and salt and Cook till it becomes light brown color.

    Add ginger garlic pest, turmuric powder, green chilli, red chilli powder, coriender powder, saute all this for few minuts.

    Cut brain in iqual pieces & add to the masala cook for 5 minuts by closing with a lid.

    Lastly add chhopd coriender leavs nd lime juice.

    Hot serve got brain fry with rice & chapati.
