Cook cleaned mutton with salt, pepper powder and turmeric powder
Heat up a pan melt butter
Saute onion ginger garlic paste with some salt
Add tomato puree and saute for awhile
Add masala powders. Saute till the raw smell disappears
Add cooked mutton
Mix up well.
Add honey, cheese,, capsicum, mix well.
Cover and cook for about 10 minutes so that all the masalas are nicely packed on mutton. And mutton releases its flavor
Add cooking cream and corriander leaves
Mix well. Add salt if needed
Can add mutton stoke for good gravey..
Finely add crushed powders.
Flavourful and tasty mutton lababdar is ready to serve.
