  • Mutton Mince 250 gms

  • Fried Onions 1 cups

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 bowls

  • Kasmiri Powder 2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp

  • Kasuri Methi Powder 2 tsp

  • Hung Curd 1 tbsp

  • Rose Water 2 tsp

  • Cardamom Powder 1 tsp

  • Almond , Pistachio , Cashew nut ( slice ) 1 tbsp

  • Green coriander 1 tbsp

  • Mint leaves 2 tsp

  • Lemon juice 2 tsp

  • egg 1 nos

  • Salt to taste. 1 tsp

  • Ghee for frying 1 tbsp

  • INGREDIENTS FOR CARAMEL SAUCE :Sugar 1 cups

  • Paprika powderPaprika powder 1 tbsp

  • Water 1 cups

  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

    METHOD FOR CARAMEL SAUCE :-• Take a pan & add sugar for caramelizing• Now add water , lemon & add all the ingredients & make the caramel• Add Cashew nut & serve it

    METHOD FOR KABAB :-• Mix all the Ingredients of Kebab • Prepare medium sized Kebab from the readymade mixture• Heat ghee in a fried pan• After heating ghee , cello fry all the Kebab until they are golden brown• After frying kebab put caramel above it and cook it for some time• Serve the kebab with the Cashew nut and almond slice
