Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1/2 kgs mutton


  • 1 kgs tapioca


  • 1 nos onion


  • 2 tsp crushed ginger garlic


  • 3 nos green chillies


  • 2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 cups coriander leaves


  • 2 tsp oil

Directions

  • Wash and clean tapioca, cut in to small pieces,
  • Transfer it in to large vessel and add little turmeric powder and salt and water, allow it to cook
  • Drain cooked tapioca and mash well
  • Heat a pan pour coconut oil, then add curry leaves, green chillies, Ginger garlic, saut well
  • Add chopped onions with salt , saute till it soft
  • Then add all curry powders and sauté well
  • Next Cook mutton with pinch of turmeric powder and salt
  • Transfer cooked mutton with masala gravy.mix well ,,let it boil
  • Then add mashed tapioca to it
  • Mix well with mutton masala
  • Then add pinch of garam masala,coriander leaves, curry leaves mix welland let it cook cook another 2 minutes
