Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Mutton 1/2 kgs

  • Tapioca 1 kgs

  • onion 1 nos

  • Crushed Ginger garlic 2 tsp

  • green chillies 3 nos

  • Red chilly powder 2 tsp

  • Coriander powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • Curry leaves 1 sprig

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Coriander leaves 1/4 cups

  • Oil 2 tsp

Directions

    Wash and clean tapioca, cut in to small pieces,

    Transfer it in to large vessel and add little turmeric powder and salt and water, allow it to cook

    Drain cooked tapioca and mash well

  • 04

    Heat a pan pour coconut oil, then add curry leaves, green chillies, Ginger garlic, saut well

    Add chopped onions with salt , saute till it soft

  • 06

    Then add all curry powders and sauté well

    Next Cook mutton with pinch of turmeric powder and salt

  • 08

    Transfer cooked mutton with masala gravy.mix well ,,let it boil

    Then add mashed tapioca to it

    Mix well with mutton masala

    Then add pinch of garam masala,coriander leaves, curry leaves mix welland let it cook cook another 2 minutes
