Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1/2 kgs chevon meat


  • 1 tbsp redchilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 4 nos green chillies


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 cups coriander and curry leaves


  • 1 cups water


  • 6 tbsp coconut oil

Directions

  • In a pressure cooker add mutton,red chilli powder,garam masala, turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste, salt and water.
  • And pressure cook till mutton turns tender then dry the extra water let the muttin be fry
  • In another pan heat oil and add this dried mutton and fry well till it turns crispy
  • To this add lemon juice, green chillies, coriander and curry leaves.
  • Mix well, fry for few seconds and serve hot with rice or chappathi.
