Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Chevon meat 1/2 kgs

  • Redchilli powder 1 tbsp

  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

  • green chillies 4 nos

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Coriander and curry leaves 1/4 cups

  • Water 1 cups

  • Coconut oil 6 tbsp

Directions

    In a pressure cooker add mutton,red chilli powder,garam masala, turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste, salt and water.

    And pressure cook till mutton turns tender then dry the extra water let the muttin be fry

  • 03

    In another pan heat oil and add this dried mutton and fry well till it turns crispy

  • 04

    To this add lemon juice, green chillies, coriander and curry leaves.

  • 05

    Mix well, fry for few seconds and serve hot with rice or chappathi.
