Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 kgs mutton


  • 1/2 nos dry coconut


  • 3-4 nos onion


  • 1/2 cups coriander leaves


  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic pest


  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds or powder


  • 4-5 nos black paper


  • 4-5 nos clove


  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds


  • 2 nos black cardamom


  • 2-3 nos green cardamom


  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder


  • 2 tbsp kolhapuri masala


  • 2 tbsp salt


  • 2 nos bay leaf


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 2 tbsp coriander seeds

Directions

  • wash the mutton
  • take bowl add mutton ,ginger garlic pest, 1tbsp salt mix it well marinate 1 hourchopped onion half onion keep a side and half onion for masala pest
  • dry roste decicated coconut keep a side
  • dry roast other spices black pepar,green and black cardamom ,clove then add poppy seeds,coriender when it become cool grind them make powder
  • then add 1tbsp oil add onion fry till golden brown colour
  • take onion and coconut make pest
  • heat 3-4 tbsp oil in pan add bye leaf
  • add chopped onion fry till brown colour
  • add mutton ,mix it well now add tumaric powder salt stir
  • add masala paste mix it well
  • add garam masala mix it well then add kolhapuri masala stir 2minuts
  • add 3-4 cup water and cook 25-30 minut
  • add half tbsp salt stir
  • swith off the gas and serv with kolhapuri mutton rassa with chapati ,roti or nan
