Wash nd clean the mutton pieces
Throughly with water wash the coriender leaves and griende it in a mixer with green chillis into a thik pest.
Keep it aside grind the onions, casew nuts, cinnamon, star anise,cloves and papercorns together into a paste.
Heat oil in a pan and add this onion paste. saute on midium flame for about 5-6 minuts.
Add ginger garlic paste and fry for about 2- 3 minutes.
Add cumin powder, coriender powder,red chilli powder and fry for another 3 minuts.
add tha coriender pest and mix well.
Cook for another 5 minutes and add the mutton pieces mix well
Cook for 7-8 minutes and add salt and water.
Cover and cook for about 30 minuts on low flame.
Stir at regular interwels
Once the mutton gets completely cooked
Switched off the flame and Garnish it with fresh cream.
