Ingredients

  • Mutton Chapp 2 piece

  • Garlic Cloves 2 nos

  • Thime Leaves 2 nos

  • Stock 1/2 cups

  • Red Wine 1 cups

  • Salt and Pepper 1/2 tsp

  • lemon 1 nos

  • Whole Red Chilly 2 nos

  • Olive oil 1 tsp

  • Mashed Potato 2 nos

  • Red Whole Chilly Chopped 1 nos

  • Garlic Cloves,mashed 2 nos

  • Cream 1/2 cups

    Marinate the chaap with salt and pepper,

    Add 1/2 juice of lemon

    Hot the grill pan

  • 04

    Brush it with some oil

    And grill the chaap by adding garlic and thime leaves.

    Add Sliced red chilly

    Grill both the sides

    Add stock and wine

    Micro it for 30 an hour

    Into the othe bowl

    Take mash potato and cream together

    Take a hot pan add 2 spoon of butter and Sautee chopped garlic and red chilly.

    Add mashed potatoes mix with cream.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Stane all the wine from the cooked Mutton Chaap.

    Serve hot with mashed garlic and chilly mash.
