Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs mutton


  • 2 nos onions big size cut


  • 1 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp black paper


  • 1 cups creamed yogurt


  • 7-8 nos garlic cloves


  • 4-5 nos green chilli


  • 1 cups water


  • 1/2 cups oil


  • 1 tbsp spoon ginger


  • 1 tbsp coriander chopped


  • 1 cups cream


  • 1 tsp red chilli


  • 1 tsp garam masala

Directions

  • Add mutton , onion, garlic, salt and 2 glass water in preshar cooker.close the lid, and cook for about the 15 minuts.
  • After it add oil and fry untill most liquid is evaporated.
  • Niw add yogart and black paper , red chilli, garam masala and keep sterring untill oil sepreted
  • Pour 1 glass water nd close lid
  • Agein further cook 3-4 minutes
  • Then open garnish with some cream, ginger, green chilli nd cream nd serve hot with chapati.
