Ingredients

  • muttom cut into pices 500 gms

  • cloves 4-5 nos

  • musterd oil 2 tbsp

  • green cardamom 2-3 nos

  • cinnamon 1-2 piece

  • onions grated 2 nos

  • ginger garlic pest 1 tbsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmuric powder 1/2 tsp

  • cuminn seeds rosted nd ground 1 tbsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • hung curd 500 gms

Directions

  • 01

    Heat oil nd add cloves, cardamom, nd Cinnamon.

    Add onions nd saute till soft.

  • 03

    Add ginger garlic pest, turmuric, chilli powder nd stirr fry, till opaqe.

  • 04

    Add mutton, stirr fry over high heat.

  • 05

    Lower the heat nd sautetill fat separates.

  • 06

    Add curd, cumin nd salt, and saute till fat separates again

  • 07

    Cover tight and cook over very low heat till it geats cooked.
