Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 500 gms muttom cut into pices


  • 4-5 nos cloves


  • 2 tbsp musterd oil


  • 2-3 nos green cardamom


  • 1-2 piece cinnamon


  • 2 nos onions grated


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic pest


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmuric powder


  • 1 tbsp cuminn seeds rosted nd ground


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 500 gms hung curd

Directions

  • Heat oil nd add cloves, cardamom, nd Cinnamon.
  • Add onions nd saute till soft.
  • Add ginger garlic pest, turmuric, chilli powder nd stirr fry, till opaqe.
  • Add mutton, stirr fry over high heat.
  • Lower the heat nd sautetill fat separates.
  • Add curd, cumin nd salt, and saute till fat separates again
  • Cover tight and cook over very low heat till it geats cooked.
  • Searv hot
