Ingredients

cloves 4-5 nos
musterd oil 2 tbsp
green cardamom 2-3 nos
cinnamon 1-2 piece
onions grated 2 nos
ginger garlic pest 1 tbsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
turmuric powder 1/2 tsp
cuminn seeds rosted nd ground 1 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
hung curd 500 gms
Directions
Heat oil nd add cloves, cardamom, nd Cinnamon.
Add onions nd saute till soft.
Add ginger garlic pest, turmuric, chilli powder nd stirr fry, till opaqe.
Add mutton, stirr fry over high heat.
Lower the heat nd sautetill fat separates.
Add curd, cumin nd salt, and saute till fat separates again
Cover tight and cook over very low heat till it geats cooked.
