Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups chevon minsed meat


  • 1 nos egg


  • 1 nos aloo


  • 1 tsp rice flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 nos green chilli


  • 1/2 tsp cumin


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 cups oil


  • 5 tsp coriander leaf finelly chopped


  • 1 cups bread crumbs

Directions

  • Half cook chevon minsed meat in pressure cooker,
  • Cook aloo separate and peel the skin
  • Add oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste then onion fry well
  • Then add tumeric, cumin, coriander powder and red chilli powder then add green chilli sliced
  • Add salt and mix
  • Add oil required
  • Turn off stove and add meat and coriander leaf mix with it.
  • After it cool make it like a vada
  • Keep oil for frying
  • Dip the vada in rice flour, bread crumbs and egg
  • Fry in oil
  • Ready to serve
