Ingredients

  • Chevon minsed meat 1 cups

  • Egg 1 nos

  • Aloo 1 nos

  • Rice flour 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • onion 1 nos

  • Coriander powder 1/4 tsp

  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp

  • green chilli 1 nos

  • Cumin 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil 2 cups

  • Coriander leaf finelly chopped 5 tsp

  • Bread crumbs 1 cups

Directions

    Half cook chevon minsed meat in pressure cooker,

    Cook aloo separate and peel the skin

  • 03

    Add oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste then onion fry well

  • 04

    Then add tumeric, cumin, coriander powder and red chilli powder then add green chilli sliced

    Add salt and mix

  • 06

    Add oil required

    Turn off stove and add meat and coriander leaf mix with it.

    After it cool make it like a vada

    Keep oil for frying

    Dip the vada in rice flour, bread crumbs and egg

    Fry in oil

    Ready to serve
