Ingredients

Serves 1

  • Chevon minsed meat 1 1/2 cups

  • onion 1 nos

  • Red chilli 1 nos

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • tomato 2 nos

  • carrot 1 nos

  • Oil 3 tsp

  • Water required 1 cups

  • Bread slice 4 nos

  • Giger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Fennal powder 1 tsp

Directions

    Add oil in presser cooker

  • 02

    Add fennal powder and ginger garlic paste

  • 03

    Fry onion upto it colour change

  • 04

    Then add red chilli powder and salt

  • 05

    Finally add meat and water and leave for 4 whistels

  • 06

    Fry up-to water disapper. Keep it aside

    Cut carrot and tomato as per ur wish

  • 08

    Stuff meat in middle of two brown bread and add on top red chilli flakes

  • 09

    Upper and down add tomato and carrot close with white bread

  • 10

    As per your wish add any fresh sandwidge veg and enjoy this tower
