Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 nos chevon minced meat packet


  • 5 nos egg


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp pepper


  • 1/4 tsp cumin


  • 1/4 tsp tumeric

Directions

  • Cook chevon meat with salt, tumeric and pepper in presser cooker
  • Add oil in pan fry onion upto it colour change to brown
  • add into pan fry up-to water disapper
  • Add chilli powder and pepper
  • Fry well and add egges.
  • Turn stove to low flame
  • Add salt and oil required
  • Stir Continuously minced egg with meat in dosa spoon
  • Transfer to plate. yummy stuffing in bread, dosa, chapathi etc
