Ingredients
Serves 4
Chevon Minced Mutton 230 gms
onions thinly sliced 1 nos
green chillies slit 1 nos
tomatoes finely chopped 1 nos
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
meat masala 1/2 tsp
turmeric 1/4 tsp
red chillies powder (adjust) 1/2 tsp
black pepper 1/4 tsp
crushed Kasuri methi 1/4 tsp
coriander leaves 1/4 cups
oil 2-3 tbsp
salt (adjust) 1 tsp
water 1/2 cups
butter 1 tbsp
Directions
Remove minced meat from package. Clean and strain, keep it aside
Heat oil, add onions and green chillies. Saute until translucent
Add butter and Ginger garlic paste. Saute until raw aroma goes away
Add minced meat, saute until meat changes colour
Add spices and salt. Mix well
Add chopped tomatoes. Sautee until tender
Transfer the meat to pressure cooker
Add water and cook for 3 whistle
Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Switch off. Once steam goes off, add coriander leaves and kasuri methi. Mix well
Cook for 4-5 minutes to release additional water
Serve hot with roti naan or pulao
