Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 230 gms chevon minced mutton


  • 1 nos onions thinly sliced


  • 1 nos green chillies slit


  • 1 nos tomatoes finely chopped


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp meat masala


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric


  • 1/2 tsp red chillies powder (adjust)


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  • 1/4 tsp crushed kasuri methi


  • 1/4 cups coriander leaves


  • 2-3 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt (adjust)


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions

  • Remove minced meat from package. Clean and strain, keep it aside
  • Heat oil, add onions and green chillies. Saute until translucent
  • Add butter and Ginger garlic paste. Saute until raw aroma goes away
  • Add minced meat, saute until meat changes colour
  • Add spices and salt. Mix well
  • Add chopped tomatoes. Sautee until tender
  • Transfer the meat to pressure cooker
  • Add water and cook for 3 whistle
  • Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Switch off. Once steam goes off, add coriander leaves and kasuri methi. Mix well
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes to release additional water
  • Serve hot with roti naan or pulao
