Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Chevon Minced Mutton 230 gms

  • onions thinly sliced 1 nos

  • green chillies slit 1 nos

  • tomatoes finely chopped 1 nos

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • meat masala 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric 1/4 tsp

  • red chillies powder (adjust) 1/2 tsp

  • black pepper 1/4 tsp

  • crushed Kasuri methi 1/4 tsp

  • coriander leaves 1/4 cups

  • oil 2-3 tbsp

  • salt (adjust) 1 tsp

  • water 1/2 cups

  • butter 1 tbsp

Directions

    Remove minced meat from package. Clean and strain, keep it aside

    Heat oil, add onions and green chillies. Saute until translucent

  • 03

    Add butter and Ginger garlic paste. Saute until raw aroma goes away

  • 04

    Add minced meat, saute until meat changes colour

  • 05

    Add spices and salt. Mix well

    Add chopped tomatoes. Sautee until tender

  • 07

    Transfer the meat to pressure cooker

    Add water and cook for 3 whistle

  • 09

    Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Switch off. Once steam goes off, add coriander leaves and kasuri methi. Mix well

    Cook for 4-5 minutes to release additional water

  • 11

    Serve hot with roti naan or pulao
