Ingredients
Serves 1
Chevon meat packet 1 nos
Apple 1 nos
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Fennal powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cinnamom 1 piece
Clove 2 nos
Tumeric 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
green chilli 1 nos
Ginger, garlic paste 1 tsp
Directions
Heat oil in pan add clove and cinnamom, fennal powder
Then add ginger and garlic paste green chilli, onion and tomato fry upto it strink
Now add pepper, chilli, and tumeric powder fry with it
Finally add meat
Add water and cook meat and stir upto water disapper
Fry the apple in oil keep upto it cool
Once it cool stuff chevon cooked meat only inside.
Add water steam it for 3 to 5 min
After it steam add meat on top of apple
Ready to serve
