South indian cuisine is popular all over india . I love to create new dishes where i give twist to the regular old flavours. This dosa frankie is made with 2 non veg appetizers and it turned out to be one of my successful innovation in kitchen

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • For mutton seekh kabab : 400gm chevon minced goat meat, 4-5 green chillies, 4 garlic cloves, 1-2 tsp coriander leaves 1 onion finely chopped


  • For omelete: 3-4 eggs , amul cheese cube, 1 tsp turmeric powder.


  • For dosa : 3 cup rava , 2 1/2 cup curd, 1tsp salt


  • For assembling : 6-7 lettuce leaves, soy sauce .

Directions

  • Take minced goat meat in mixure and grind along with green chilly, onion, coriander ,and some salt to taste .
  • Apply oil on palm and make small portions with mixture. Give it a kabab shape . You can use skewers if available or grill it just like that applying some oil to the kabab.
  • Meanwhile add oil on a tawa and heat on high mode. Beat and egg and add turmeric , salt . Pour on tawa and make omelete. Add shredded cheese and flip it over. When it is done keep aside.
  • For dosa mixture all ingredients and add some water to get desired consistency. Keep it for 10 minutes so rava soaks water and mixture becomes soft. On same tawa add some oil and make dosa . sprinkle some chat masala. remove when done.
  • For plating roll kabab on lettuce leaf , then roll omelete arpund it and at last roll the frankie in dosa. Make a cut in the middle and serve with soy sauce.
  • 3 different dishes give 3 different colour and combined to make a delicacy that tastes better .
