For this Recipe we want deep pan with lid because we Steam our kofta on the lid of pan
Wash minced mutton keema properly and drain extra water from keema with the help of hand
In Bowl take washed keema than add all ingredients mentioned above ( indigreant for kofta only)
Mix well and make small small balls from ready mixture and keep aside
In deep pan heat oil
Add chopped Onion cook till turns into tight pink colour
Add gingergarlic paste
Add chopped tomato
Add all remaining ingredients mentioned above
Mix well cook on low flame
Now grease lid of pan with little oil
Now cover pan with greased lid
Now place ready mutton kofta on greased flat lid and cover with other plate
Cook for 15 minutes on low flame
After 15 minutes remove lid and mix gravy and cook till oil leave sides
Then add water and add ready steamed kofta
Cook for another 15 minutes
Add corinadar leaves
Seeve yummy kofta curry with steam rice or roti
