Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 500 gms boneless mutton keema


  • 4 tbsp chickpea flour


  • 2 nos eggs (beaten)


  • 2 tsp ginger and garlic paste


  • 6 nos pepper corn


  • 3 nos cloves


  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 25 gms raisins


  • 2 nos cardamom pods


  • 1 inch cinnamon


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 2 nos sliced onion


  • 1 tbsp mint leaves chopped


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Fry onion in oil till it becomes light golden brown . Remove fried onion from oil .
  • Grind all the ingredients like keema , bay leaf , cinnamon , pepper corn , clove , cardamom , salt , raisins , fried onion , ginger and garlic paste and to make a smooth paste .
  • Put the paste in a mixing bowl .
  • Add eggs and chickpeas flour and mix well .
  • Make small round flattened balls from the mixture .
  • You can even freeze kebabs after giving the shape .
  • Heat oil in a pan in medium heat and put kebabs fry them till golden brown in colors come out in both sides .
  • Serve Sultani Shami Kebabs as a snack or with pulao , Biryani ,Jeera Rice or Naan and Paratha ..........
