Ingredients
Serves 4
Paneer cut into cubes 200 gms
Dreied Fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
Puff Pastry Sheet (Thawed) 1 nos
Oil 1 tbsp
chopped onion 1 nos
chopped tomatoes 2 nos
Red chili powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste 1 pinch
Directions
Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds.
When cumin seeds splutter add chopped onion and cook until turns translucent in color.
Add chopped tomatoes and all the dry Spices.
Saute and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add dried fenugreek leaves and stir well.
Add paneer cubes to the prepared masala and mix well.
Cook for 2 minutes and turn off the gas
Take the prepared mixture in a bowl and keep aside to cool down.
Grease the baking pan and keep aside
Sprinkle little flour on kitchen counter.
Place pastry Sheet and with rolling pin roll into sheet .
Cut the rolled sheets into equal parts.
Take one square and place little stuffing on it.
4.Cover with another piece of square and press the sides.
Keep in the greased pan and same way prepare all the pockets.
Apply little oil over the pockets with brush.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190*c for 20 minutes.
Take out from the oven and place on rack to cool down.
Paneer Pockets are ready .
Serve with tomato ketchup.
Note:- 1.Spices can be adjusted according to taste.2.I used homemade Pastry Sheet store bought can be used.
