Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms minced goat meat


  • 250 gms potato cut into cubed and deep fried


  • 1 cups chopped onion


  • 1 nos tomato finely chopped


  • 2 tbsp mustard oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste


  • 1 tsp fenugreek leaves


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Firstly , wash the goat meat , take a cooker , heat oil add onion and fry slight golden brown .
  • Add ginger garlic paste and stir well .
  • Add goat meat keema to it saute and fry well for a while , add salt and red chilli powder , turmeric powder and little water and cook for 1 whistles .
  • Once the meat is cooked properly add sliced fry potatoes , chopped tomato , cumin powder mix well and again cook in low medium heat about 10 minutes .
  • Once the dish is cooked properly and if there is any water remaining add garam masala powder and black pepper powder over the top .
  • Turn off the heat .
  • Garnish it with onion rings and green chillies .
  • Serve with Roti or Rice ......
