Firstly , wash the goat meat , take a cooker , heat oil add onion and fry slight golden brown .
Add ginger garlic paste and stir well .
Add goat meat keema to it saute and fry well for a while , add salt and red chilli powder , turmeric powder and little water and cook for 1 whistles .
Once the meat is cooked properly add sliced fry potatoes , chopped tomato , cumin powder mix well and again cook in low medium heat about 10 minutes .
Once the dish is cooked properly and if there is any water remaining add garam masala powder and black pepper powder over the top .
Turn off the heat .
Garnish it with onion rings and green chillies .
Serve with Roti or Rice ......
