Ingredients
Serves 4
Mutton 250 gms
Water 5 cups
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt as required 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/ tbsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Directions
Wash and add mutton to a pressure cooker .
To this add water , then add Chilli powder , turmeric powder , garam masala , ginger garlic paste and salt .
Let it pressure cook for 7 whistle .
Then open once pressure comes down .
Now transfer some mutton piece to a soup bowl and add the Mutton cooked water to this .
Add coriander leaves and add salt .
Add pepper powder if you prefer more spice
