Place a pressure cooker and once heated add oil
In the mean time finely slices 2 onion
Once oil is heated add 1 bay leaf,1 black cardamom and onion slices to it and sauté till onions turn golden brown
In the mean time will ready the Masala paste
2 onions roughly chopped
Garlic pods
ginger c
cinnamon
green Cardamom
green Chilli to fine paste
Now Add chopped tomotoes and cook till its mushy
Now add turmeric and red Chilli powder
Now add masala paste into it and till raw smell goes off
Now add soaked peas and cook for 5 minutes
Now add minced meat add cook till oil start coming from sides
Now add potato and give a mix
Add salt and kasturi Meethi
Now add water and close the lid
Give 5 whistle in medium to slow flame
Turn off the gas and open the lid once completely cool
Garnish with Coriander leaves
Serve hot with Indian breads or rice!
