Ingredients

  • Chevon mutton 1 kgs

  • Coconut oil 5 tsp

  • Curd 1 cups

  • Onion,finally chopped 2 nos

  • Ginger paste 2 tsp

  • Garlic paste 2 tsp

  • Kashmiri red chilly powder 2 tsp

  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp

  • Coriander powder 2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • Black pepper corns 1 tsp

  • Cloves 6 nos

  • Green cardamom 5 nos

  • Cinnamon sticks 3 nos

  • Mace 2 nos

  • White cream 2 tbsp

  • Salt 3 tsp

  • Chopped coriander leaves 1/4 cups

Directions

    In a bowl mix mutton. With curd and little salt,and keep aside for minimum 20 minutes

    Heat oil ina pan and put whole garam masala,when they start to crackle, put chopped onions and fry till golden brown.

    Add ginger-garlic paste and fry again for two minutes

  • 04

    Add all the masala powder and fry till oil comes up

  • 05

    Now add mutton with marinade and stir fry on ahigh flame for 2 minutes.

    Now add water and little salt and cook with closed lid till meat is tender and gravy is medium thick in constituency..

    Now add cream and stir well and cook for another minutes..

    Garnish with chopped coriander.

  • 09

    Serve with hot rice , roti as you like
