Ingredients

  • 750 gms mutton


  • 20 nos shallots ,coarsely chopped


  • 100 ml oil


  • 10 nos red chilies


  • 3 tbsp black pepper corns


  • 1 tsp fennel seeds


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 8 nos green cardamoms


  • 10 nos cloves


  • 2 nos star anise


  • 2 tbsp coriander seeds


  • 3 tsp poppy seeds soaked in water for 2 hrs


  • 4 tbsp grated coconut


  • 2 tbsp garlic paste


  • 2 tbsp ginger paste


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 10 nos coriander leaves to garnish

Directions

  • Dry Roast The Khada Masala Cool Ad Powder.Grind Poppy Seeds And Coconut To A Paste.
  • Heat Oil,Add Curry Leaves And Chopped Shallots And Fry Till Brown.Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Fry Till Raw Smell Goes.
  • Add Turmeric Powder And Grond Masala And Mix Well.Cook Closed Periodically Adding Water And Occasional Stir.
  • When About 80% Done Add Ground Paste And Cook Covered On A Low Flame Till Done.
  • Garnish With Chopped Coriander.It Is A Very Spicy Dish So Adjust Spice Levels For Personal Taste
