  • 1 kg Mutton


  • 3+1 Large onion sliced long


  • 5-7Green Cardamoms


  • 20 Black Pepper corns


  • 10 cloves

  • 1 tsp Zeera


  • 2 Black Cardamom


  • 1 tanles spoon coriander seeds


  • 2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tbspn Ginger paste


  • 1 tbspn Garlic paste


  • 10 Red chillies


  • 5 tbspn curd

  • Method
  • Fry 3 chopped onions till dark nrown and retain with the Ghee.Set aside.Dry roast the Khada masala,cool and grind to a powder.Fry one onion till Dark brown and add the Mutton and salt and wok Fry till half done over high heat adding the curd.Add Onion paste,Ginger Garlic paste,spice mix,little water and cook covered on a low flame till meat is tender and Oil leaves the sides
