Mutton bones 200 gms
Switch on the IP. Press the saute mode. Add oil, cinnamon, cloves, bayleaf.Add shallots and saute till it becomes light golden brown.Add tomato and saute for few seconds.Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes.Add mutton bones and saute for a minute.Add salt, turmeric, kuzhambhu chilli powder, cumin pepper powder, fennel powder. Saute for few seconds.Add 2 1/2 cups of water.Close the lid. Press the cancel button. Press the soup mode (30 mins) in sealed position in High Pressure (HP). Then do Natural Pressure Release (NPR).Switch off. Open the lid. Add pepper powder.Garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy the soup in your favorite bowl.
