Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Mutton meat marinate in lil lime and salt for 1 hr 1/4 kgs

  • onions 2 nos

  • tomatoes 2 nos

  • Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Green Chilly,slit 2 nos

  • Pepper corns /& Jeera 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Chilly Powder 1 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

  • Mutton Masala 2 tbsp

  • Curry Leaves 1 sprig

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan and Fry 1 onion and tomato also fry the curry leaves.

    Now add the green chilies

    Make a paste with peppercorns and jeera one onion n tomato. Add this.

    Then add your meat, let it cook in open lid for 20mins.

    Now add the turmeric and chilly powder, add half cup water.

  • 06

    Add the mutton masala, salt. Mix all well.

  • 07

    Cook for another 20 mins closed(under lid) in medium heat.

  • 08

    Garnish with coriander.
