Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 500 gms minced goat meat


  • 1 nos egg


  • 1 tsp salt,as required


  • 1 tsp fennel seeds


  • 3 nos green chilies


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 1 nos coriander leaves,bunch


  • 4 nos garlic pods


  • 1 inch ginger piece


  • 1/2 cups coconut


  • 20 nos pearl onions


  • 2 tsp roasted chana dal


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 nos cinnamon pieces of 1 inches


  • 1/2 tsp poppy seeds


  • 3 nos cloves


  • 1/4 cups oil(for deep frying)

Directions

  • Wash and clean meat well with running water
  • Chop onions, coriander leaves, curry leaves to fine pieces
  • Dry roast cinnamon,cloves , poppy seeds, fennel seeds till golden brown, remove From flame .
  • Grind the above roasted ingredients along with coconut , channa dal, green chillies , ginger, garlic to fine paste without adding water
  • In a bowl add minced meat, egg, salt, chopped onions, curry leaves, turmeric powder,ground paste and mix well
  • Make small balls out of it and deep fry in oil.
  • You can shallow fry in paniyaram pan too.
