Ingredients

Minced Goat Meat 500 gms
Egg 1 nos
Salt,as required 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
Green Chilies 3 nos
Curry Leaves 1 sprig
Coriander Leaves,bunch 1 nos
Garlic Pods 4 nos
Ginger piece 1 inch
Coconut 1/2 cups
Pearl Onions 20 nos
Roasted Chana Dal 2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon pieces of 1 inches 2 nos
Poppy Seeds 1/2 tsp
Cloves 3 nos
Oil(for deep frying) 1/4 cups
Directions
Wash and clean meat well with running water
Chop onions, coriander leaves, curry leaves to fine pieces
Dry roast cinnamon,cloves , poppy seeds, fennel seeds till golden brown, remove From flame .
Grind the above roasted ingredients along with coconut , channa dal, green chillies , ginger, garlic to fine paste without adding water
In a bowl add minced meat, egg, salt, chopped onions, curry leaves, turmeric powder,ground paste and mix well
Make small balls out of it and deep fry in oil.
You can shallow fry in paniyaram pan too.
