Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Minced Goat Meat 500 gms

  • Egg 1 nos

  • Salt,as required 1 tsp

  • Fennel Seeds 1 tsp

  • Green Chilies 3 nos

  • Curry Leaves 1 sprig

  • Coriander Leaves,bunch 1 nos

  • Garlic Pods 4 nos

  • Ginger piece 1 inch

  • Coconut 1/2 cups

  • Pearl Onions 20 nos

  • Roasted Chana Dal 2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Cinnamon pieces of 1 inches 2 nos

  • Poppy Seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Cloves 3 nos

  • Oil(for deep frying) 1/4 cups

Directions

    Wash and clean meat well with running water

  • 02

    Chop onions, coriander leaves, curry leaves to fine pieces

  • 03

    Dry roast cinnamon,cloves , poppy seeds, fennel seeds till golden brown, remove From flame .

    Grind the above roasted ingredients along with coconut , channa dal, green chillies , ginger, garlic to fine paste without adding water

  • 05

    In a bowl add minced meat, egg, salt, chopped onions, curry leaves, turmeric powder,ground paste and mix well

  • 06

    Make small balls out of it and deep fry in oil.

  • 07

    You can shallow fry in paniyaram pan too.
