Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 230 gms chevon minced goat meat


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 2 nos black cardamom


  • 2 nos green cardamom


  • 1 inch cinnamon stick


  • 2 nos cloves


  • 3 nos large onion


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 15 nos garlic pods


  • 2 nos green chili


  • 20 ml mustard oil


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tsp kashmiri chili powder


  • 2 cups water


  • 2 nos medium tomato


  • 1 tsp kasuri methi


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • Take pressure cooker add cleaned minced meat, add half of water,1 cloves 1/2 cinnamon stick,1 black cardamom,1 green Cardamom,half bay leaf,half of turmeric powder, half of Chilli powder
  • Give 3 whistle in low flame
  • In the mean time take rest of khada Masale,green Chilli,1 onion,ginger and garlic and make paste
  • Now finely chopped rest of onions and tomato
  • Once all the heat goes off , transfer to other container and keep it aside
  • In the pressure cooker add oil ,once heated add onion slices
  • Sauté till it turn golden brown color and niw add the masala paste to it
  • Add rest of turmeric and Chilli powder
  • Sauté fir 5 minutes till the raw smell goes off
  • Now add the boiled meat to it and cook for 10minutes
  • Now add tomoto and close the lid of the pressure cooker and give 2 more whistle and once Cool completely
  • Cook in medium flame for another 5 to 10 Minutes depending on how much gravey you want
  • Add kasturi Meethi and Coriander leaves and Close the lid
  • Serve with anything you love eat!
