Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Chevon minced goat meat 230 gms

  • Bay Leaf 1 nos

  • Black Cardamom 2 nos

  • Green Cardamom 2 nos

  • Cinnamon Stick 1 inch

  • Cloves 2 nos

  • Large Onion 3 nos

  • ginger 1 inch

  • Garlic Pods 15 nos

  • Green Chili 2 nos

  • Mustard Oil 20 ml

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Kashmiri Chili Powder 2 tsp

  • Water 2 cups

  • Medium Tomato 2 nos

  • kasuri methi 1 tsp

  • Coriander Leaves 1 tsp

Directions

    Take pressure cooker add cleaned minced meat, add half of water,1 cloves 1/2 cinnamon stick,1 black cardamom,1 green Cardamom,half bay leaf,half of turmeric powder, half of Chilli powder

    Give 3 whistle in low flame

    In the mean time take rest of khada Masale,green Chilli,1 onion,ginger and garlic and make paste

    Now finely chopped rest of onions and tomato

  • 05

    Once all the heat goes off , transfer to other container and keep it aside

  • 06

    In the pressure cooker add oil ,once heated add onion slices

  • 07

    Sauté till it turn golden brown color and niw add the masala paste to it

    Add rest of turmeric and Chilli powder

    Sauté fir 5 minutes till the raw smell goes off

    Now add the boiled meat to it and cook for 10minutes

    Now add tomoto and close the lid of the pressure cooker and give 2 more whistle and once Cool completely

  • 12

    Cook in medium flame for another 5 to 10 Minutes depending on how much gravey you want

  • 13

    Add kasturi Meethi and Coriander leaves and Close the lid

  • 14

    Serve with anything you love eat!
