Grind our grinding ingredients to fine paste with little water.
Chop onions and tomatoes to small pieces
Heat oil in pressure cooker , add onions, curry leaves and fry till golden brown
Add tomatoes and fry till mushy, followed by our spice powders turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, mutton masala and saute till everything mixes well
Add cleaned mutton, salt and fry for 5 mins till meat changes to little pale
Add ground masala and cook for 5 or more Whistles till meat boiles to soft and tender
When steam subsides , open the cooker, garnish with coriander leaves and serve
