Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Boiled Potatoes 4 nos

  • Capsicum (finely chopped) 1 nos

  • Carrots Grated 2 nos

  • spring onion 1/4 cups

  • Green Peas(boiled) 2 tbsp

  • Garlic Cloves 6 nos

  • Green Chili 1 nos

  • ginger 1 inch

  • Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp

  • aamchoor 1/2 tsp

  • bread crumbs 1/2 cups

  • refined flour 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil for frying 2 cups

Directions

    First chop all the vegetables.

    Grate boiled potatoes and mix all finely chopped vegetables in a bowl.

    Add all spices and 1/4 cup bread crumbs in this.

    Mix well to form a dough.Make small lemon sized balls from this mixture.

    Make a medium thick batter with refined flour and water.

  • 06

    Put the balls in this batter and coat well.

  • 07

    Take bread crumbs in a broad plate and keep these batter coated pops in it.

    Gently roll over the crumbs and then deep fry till they turn golden brown.

  • 09

    Insert toothpicks in all pops . Serve with ketchup or green chutney.
