Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 nos boiled potatoes


  • 1 nos capsicum (finely chopped)


  • 2 nos carrots grated


  • 1/4 cups spring onion


  • 2 tbsp green peas(boiled)


  • 6 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 nos green chili


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp aamchoor


  • 1/2 cups bread crumbs


  • 2 tbsp refined flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 cups oil for frying

Directions

  • First chop all the vegetables.
  • Grate boiled potatoes and mix all finely chopped vegetables in a bowl.
  • Add all spices and 1/4 cup bread crumbs in this.
  • Mix well to form a dough.Make small lemon sized balls from this mixture.
  • Make a medium thick batter with refined flour and water.
  • Put the balls in this batter and coat well.
  • Take bread crumbs in a broad plate and keep these batter coated pops in it.
  • Gently roll over the crumbs and then deep fry till they turn golden brown.
  • Insert toothpicks in all pops . Serve with ketchup or green chutney.
