Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pressure cooker
Add all Khada masalas.
Stir in the onion paste
Saute onion paste till golden.
Add salt and ggc paste
Add one portion of turmeric powder coriander powder red chilli powder
Add Tomato paste
Add mutton
Roast this mixture on high flame till aroma rises and Oil traces are found in sides of cooker.
Add water and pressure cook for for 2 whistles on high flame and slower for 5 mins.(This step depends on quality of goat meat but this usually goes for normal mutton)
Once pressure is realeases check if mutton is tender or not.
In heavy bottomed pan add oil, mutton, remaining masalas portions and aamchur pwd together.
Saute till all masalas well coat
Check salt and serve hot
