Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 350 gms chevon minced goat meat


  • 3 nos onions chopped


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1 tsp mixed herbs


  • 100 gms button mushroom cut into four


  • 1 nos capsicum chopped


  • 2-3 tsp pasta-pizza sauce


  • 2-3 tsp garlic butter


  • 2 nos amul cheese cubes


  • 4-5 tsp shredded mozzeralla cheese or more


  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 4-5 nos basil leaves


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder

Directions

  • For the filling : take oil in a pan and add 2 chopped onions, saute till they turn brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and waite till raw smell goes away. Add salt , chilli flakes, and cook in oil till meat , mushroom and cook till it turns soft and juicy.
  • In a bowl add chopped onion, shredded amul and mozzerella cheese, pasta- pizza sauce, onions, capsicum, pepper powder, some salt and mix well.
  • Now take pav loaf and make slits without cutting it apart. Apply garlic butter allover and stuff mince meat mixutre. On next layer add cheese mixture and finaly stuff basil leaves between the slits.
  • Add some more mozerrella cheese and bake for 15 minutes .
  • Kheema pull out pav is ready. Serve with tomato ketchup . It is best option for kitty party menu.
