Chop pineapple into medium size pieces.
In a grinder jar grind pineapple until puree.
Add puree into a preheated pan.
Add sugar mix well and simmer.
At first there will be foam on top.
Keep stiring till puree is turning thick.
Check the consistency by dropping with spatula if looks runny simmer again.
Once done add lemon juice and stir for 2-3 minutes.
When cool down transfer this Jam in cleaned Jar.
Note:- Jam stays well in refrigerator for 4to5 months.
Adjust sugar according to your taste and the sweetness of the pineapple.
