  • Pineapple chopped. 800 gms.

  • Sugar 1 1/4 cup

  • Lemon juice 1/4Tsp

  • Nutmeg powder 1/4 Tsp


  • Chop pineapple into medium size pieces.
  • .In a grinder jar grind pineapple until puree.
  • Add puree into a preheated pan.
  • Add sugar mix well and simmer.
  • At first there will be foam on top.
  • Keep stiring till puree is turning thick.
  • Check the consistency by dropping with spatula if looks runny simmer again.
  • Once done add lemon juice and stir for 2-3 minutes.
  • .When cool down transfer this Jam in cleaned Jar.
  • Note:- .Jam stays well in refrigerator for 4to5 months. .Adjust sugar according to your taste and the sweetness of the pineapple.
