Ingredients

  • Chevon Meat(Mutton) 1/2 kgs

  • Onion,finely chopped 2 nos

  • Ginger Piece 2 inch

  • Eggs(white potion) 2 nos

  • Bread Crumbs 1 cups

  • Garam Masala 1 tsp

  • Red Chilly Powder 2 tsp

  • Potato(ccoked and mashed) 1 nos

  • Coriander Leaves,chopped 1/4 cups

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Oil 2 cups

Directions

    Take a pan and heat with 4 tsp of oil

  • 02

    add chopped onion and Ginger

  • 03

    saut till the onion colour changes to golden brown colour

  • 04

    Now add minced meat, red chilli powder and salt

  • 05

    Close with a lid and cook until meat is tender

  • 06

    remove from the stove and let it become cool

  • 07

    now mix the smashed potatoes and coriander leaves with cooked meat

  • 08

    take the meat mixture of required quantity to make into cutlet shape or your favourite shape .

    now dip into the beaten white egg and then deep into the bread crumbs

    now deep fry or Shallow fry the cutlats one by one

  • 11

    Serve hot with tomato sauce
