Medium Brinjal 1 nos
Ghee 4 tbsp
Jaggery 50 gms
Mewa Kheer 50 gms
Milk 100 ml
Mixed Dry Fruits(Walnut,pista,raisins) 30 gms
Whipped Cream 1/2 cups
Peanut Butter 2 tbsp
Kesar 1/2 tbsp
Elaichi Powder 1 pinch
Almonds 2-3 nos
Basil Young Stem Tip 1 nos
Grate the brinjal and keep aside
Add the ghee to a pan and then add the grated brinjal
Fry until brown
Add milk,mewa and gur.
Stir until it comes to a boil and all the ingredients mix up together perfectly
Add the raisins
Let the halwa thicken and then finally add the walnut and pistachios chopped roughly
Mix it up with a pinch of elaichi powder
Set the halwa in a bowl or a glass.
Whisk the whipped cream and peanut butter together.fill it in a piping bag and dress the top of halwa as you wish.
Followed by the garnish of chopped almond,kesar and basil leaves.
Serve this cool or hot❤
