Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Lamb 650 gms

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1-1/2 tsp

  • Green Chilies 10-12 nos

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp

  • Oil 2-3 tsp

  • Sliced Garlic Cloves 1-2 nos

  • Asafoetida 1 tsp

  • Kashmiri Mirch Powder 1-1/2 tsp

Directions

    Mix Salt,Black Pepper Powder,Green Chilies,Ginger Garlic Paste and Oil.

    Marinate lamb with this mix and keep this for 6-8 hours minimum in a refrigerator.

    For tempering - heat oil, add sliced garlic, asafoetida, kashmiri mirch powder and the marinated meat.

    Sauté well and sear all the pieces for about 7-10 minutes on high flame.

    Meanwhile, preheat oven at +220C and keep the seared mutton in oven, covered with foil for at least 35-40 minutes.

  • 06

    Remove foil and let cook at +180C for another 8-10 minutes, and your delicious snacky Roast is ready.
