Goat Head(cleaned and chopped into pieces) 2 nos
onions 2 nos
Tomatoes,large 1 nos
Green Chilly 4 nos
Garlic,whole 1 nos
Ginger big piece 1 nos
Cumin 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 3 tsp
Salt,to taste 1 tsp
Curry Leaves 1 sprig
Shallots 7 nos
Dried Red Chilies 5 nos
Grind ingredients from 2-12 in a mixer grinder .
Now marinate the goat head pieces with the early prepared spice mix.
Now transfer this to a pressure cooker,also add curry leaves and coriander leaves ,and cook for 5 whistles.
Heat Fresh Coconut Oil in a pan and add on dried red chilies,curry leaves and saute this well.
Transfer this mix to the cooked goat meat and cook under the lid for some time and switch off the flame.
Tasty and Spicy Aattin Thala Roast Ready!
