Heat oil, drop in cinnamon, cumin, bay leaf, garlic and sauté
Tip in dry red chilli, onion, salt, turmeric, chilli powder.
Add chopped onion, sauté and add the mutton.
When mutton begins to turn pinkish-grey add tomatoes.
Bhunno for about15-20 mts.
Add water, bring to a boil and then simmer for 1/2 hour or till mutton is cooked.
