racks of lamb 3 nos
Garlic,minced 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch
pepper 1 tsp
corn 2 tbsp
red chilli 2 nos
Heat oil and Sear lamb racks on all sides in a Pan
Remove it from pan and spread with garlic and red chilli.
Sprinkle on the pepper mix and then sprinkle with salt.
Preheat oven to 350'F.
Place on a shallow pan and place in oven.
Rost until cooked to your preference.
leave in turned off oven to rest for 5mins.
Garnish with corn and red chillies
