Ingredients
Serves 4
Lamb Riblets 1 kgs
Brown Sugar 1/2 cups
Tomato Ketchup 1/2 cups
Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 cups
Light Soy Sauce 1/2 cups
Fish Sauce 2 tbsp
Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Star Anise 1 nos
Garlic Cloves 2 nos
Ginger Slices(fresh) 2 nos
Red Chili,roughly,chopped 1 nos
Directions
Clean and Wash the riblets and keep aside.
Pre-heat the oven and grill to 200°c.
Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a small saucepan .
Simmer this for 10 minutes until it’s reduced slightly.
Place the lamb riblets on a roasting rack over a roasting tray and brush liberally with the marinade.
Place the riblets in the oven and allow to cook for 30-45 minutes.
In between,turn the riblets in an interval of 7-10 minutes,also brush the remaining marinade too.
When the riblets are cooked, serve them with chips/potato wedges and salad.
