How to make Paneer masala / Paneer gravy for chappathi ?

Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Paneer : 1 cup


  • Oil : 4 teaspoon


  • Onion : 1


  • Tomato puree : 1 cup


  • Cinnamon , cardamom, kalpaasi, kasuri methi : 1


  • Ginger garlic paste : 1 teaspoon


  • Garam masala : 1/2 teaspoon


  • Chilli powder and Coriander powder : 1 teaspoon


  • Corn flour : 4 teaspoon

Directions

  • Slice paneer into cubes. For tikka marination add red chilli
  • powder, corn flour, salt and water.Mix the ingredients properly.
  • Add the paneer cubes to the marination mix and coat them well
  • and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the paneer and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in another pan, saute onion, cinnamon , cardamom, kalpaasi, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, Chilli powder and Coriander powder, Tomato puree and salt for 10 min
  • Add paneer cubes and keep saute for 3 min.
  • Add curry leaves, coriander and repeat sauteing for 1 mins.
