Slice paneer into cubes. For tikka marination add red chilli
powder, corn flour, salt and water.Mix the ingredients properly.
Add the paneer cubes to the marination mix and coat them well
and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the paneer and keep aside.
Heat oil in another pan, saute onion, cinnamon , cardamom, kalpaasi, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, Chilli powder and Coriander powder, Tomato puree and salt for 10 min
Add paneer cubes and keep saute for 3 min.
Add curry leaves, coriander and repeat sauteing for 1 mins.
