Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1/2 kgs goat meat


  • 8-9 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 inch zinger


  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds


  • 2 nos onion


  • 2 tbsp dry coriander powder


  • 2 tbsp khuskhus


  • 50 gms dry coconut


  • 1 nos bey leves


  • 1 inch chinnamom


  • 1 nos black cordomom


  • 3-4 nos black paper


  • 1 nos star flower


  • 3 tbsp chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp mutton masala


  • 1 tsp kasuri methi


  • 2 tbsp salt as per test


  • 1 cups oil


  • 2 tbsp coriander finely chopped

Directions

  • Wash meat with water
  • Marinet with 1 tbsp zinger garlic pest ,finely chopped onion ,turmeric powder and salt 1 tbsp oil
  • Mix it throughtoutly and add 2 cup water ,boil it in pressure cooker
  • Two whistle are sufficient
  • During this period you wll prepaired all masala for curry
  • We use for curry three types of pest .
  • 1) garlic cloves + zibger+ cumin seed .grind it smoothly.
  • 2) onion + dry coriander powder ...chopped onion and roast it in little bit oil when it get pinkish add coriander powder .grind it smoothly .
  • 3) khuskhus + grited coconut .roast it little bit oil and make a smooth pest .while grind this ingredient you can add some water .the textuture of pest is maintain smoothness
  • 4) roast all khada masala and grind it dry .
  • Now our meat is boil .In this boiling procces we grt the healthy protine sup of meat .If u want you can remove the sup from meat otherwise we can use it while making curry.
  • Heat the pan .add oil ,when oil get hot add musterd seed
  • Seed get flatterd add the pest of masala one by one 1-4 which no. I given in preparation
  • Whenever you add any pest ,you can saute it few minute with the help of spatula .
  • Add one by one if it get out from the pan that means we can surely add next masala
  • All is set then add chilli powder ,turmrric powder ,salt mix it well
  • Now add boil meat mix it throughoutly .each peace should have mix in masala .
  • Add remaing sup of meat or 3 cup water . stir for 10 minute add mutton masala and kasiri methi
  • Crush kasuti methi on your palm and them add it
  • After five minute your spicy varhadi mutton is redy add coriander if u want
  • Serve it with chapati or javar bhakari.
