Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • mince goat meat 300 gms


  • onion finely chopped 1 nos


  • capsicum finely chopped 1 nos


  • tomatoe finely chopped 1 nos


  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp


  • garam masala powder 1/2 tsp


  • pav bhaji masala 1 tsp


  • butter 1 tsp


  • pav 1-2 nos


  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp


  • kashmiri red chilli powder 1-2 tsp

Directions

  • Take oil in a pan and add onions . Let it turn translucent first and then add ginger garlic paste. Wait till raw smell goes off
  • Add tomatoes and salt as required, saute till tomato get mushy.
  • Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix it well.
  • When oil starts separating you add minced meat and cook till it becomes soft and tender. Preferably cook in oil without adding any water till it becomes soft.
  • When meat is cooked add garam masala and pav bhaji masala. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Next take the pan and make a slit. Apply butter on both sides. Place it on tawa till it turns light brown.
  • You can break an egg while making kheema to make kheema bhurji pav. Decorate it with mint and boiled eggs . Kheema pav bhaji is ready to eat.
