Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 400 gms keema


  • 2 nos chopped onions


  • 1 nos sliced squares of onion


  • 1 nos chopped tomatoes


  • 2 tbsp chopped corriander


  • 8 nos slitted green chilies


  • 4 nos chopped green chilies


  • 1 tsp chopped garlic


  • 1 tsp chopped ginger


  • 1 tsp coriadner powder


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp crushed pepper corns


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 3 tbsp refined oil

Directions

  • Heat oil in kadai, add slitted green chillies, then add chopped onions . Saute for 2 minutes and then add crushed peppercorns.
  • Then add the minced lamb and saute for 5-6 minutes.Add corriander powder, chilly powder, salt, and cook on a low flame.
  • Then in another pan, heat some oil and add chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies. Saute n then add chopped onions.
  • Once the onions are browned, add turmeric powder and some more corriander powder, chilly powder and some water. Add the tomatoes and cook to they melt.
  • Once the tomatoes are melted, add the squares of onions and cook for 5-6 minutes. Then add the cooked mutton into this mixture.
  • Add corriander leaves, add water and check for salt. Cook till the water evaporates and the meat is done. serve..
