Wash mutton pieces thoroughly.
Take mutton pieces into a bowl.
Add lemon juice, Turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp mutton masala, curd, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and little salt and mix well.
Cover the bowl and let it marinate for 1 hour.
After 1 hour in a pan heat 2 tblspn oil and add all the whole spices and roast till aromatic.
Add marinated mutton pieces and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
Cook mutton pieces from all the sides.
Now in a pressure cooker heat up ghee.
Add chopped onion and green chillies.
Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes and all dry spices.
Cook until oil separates.
Add cooked mutton pieces and mix well.
Add water as required.
Close the lid and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.
Open the lid and garnish with fresh Coriander Leaves.
Serve hot with roti or rice.
