heat oil in a pressure cooker
by the time marinate mutton in curd red chilli powder and salt(20 mins)
add onions in oil and saute golden brown
Now add ginger garlic paste
When aroma rises add salt,red chilli pwd, coriander pwd, turmeric pwd.
Stir and added tomatoes chopped.
Add 1 cup water and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
Now when pressure is released, grind this masala with hand mixer.
To this masala add all khada masalas ,mutton, garam masala.
Roast on high flame till aromatic aroma rises and oil is left from sides of cooker in masala.
Once roasted add 1 glass of water and pressure cook for 3 whistle and 5 mins on slow flame.
Switch off gas and when pressure is released serve hot.
Whistles totally depend on tenderness of goat meat.
If ur mutton is too hard u can add one whole pod of sugar while pressure cooking and u will get tender meat.
