Heat a pan and add oil.
Once oil is hot , add saunf , Cinnamon , cloves and black stone flower .
Saute to smell aroma .
To this add Shallots , tomatoes , ginger garlic paste , curry leaves and saute to oil separate .
Now add minced mutton , then add Chilli powder , dhaniya Powder , turmeric powder , Garam masala , saunf powder and salt.
Mix well and let it cook.
It will get cooked in 5 minutes.
To this add water and cover it to cook for 15 minutes in slow flame .
Let the water reduce to semi gravy consistency .
Then add coriander and serve hot.
Goes good with Plain white Rice , Chapathi , Naan , idly , Dosa and Appam
