Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Minced mutton - 1/2 kg

  • Shallots - 15 finely chopped

  • Tomato - 1 finely chopped

  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp

  • Curry leaves - 1/4 cup

  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup

  • Saunf - 1 tsp

  • Cinnamon - 1/2

  • Cloves - 2

  • Black stone flower - 1 tsp

  • Chilli powder - 1 tbsp

  • Dhaniya powder - 3/4 tbsp

  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp

  • Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp

  • Saunf powder - 1/2 tsp

  • Oil - 3 tbsp

  • Salt - 1/4 tbsp + as required

  • Water - 1/2 cup

Directions

    Heat a pan and add oil. Once oil is hot , add saunf , Cinnamon , cloves and black stone flower . Saute to smell aroma . To this add Shallots , tomatoes , ginger garlic paste , curry leaves and saute to oil separate .

    Now add minced mutton , then add Chilli powder , dhaniya Powder , turmeric powder , Garam masala , saunf powder and salt.

    Mix well and let it cook. It will get cooked in 5 minutes. To this add water and cover it to cook for 15 minutes in slow flame .

    Let the water reduce to semi gravy consistency . Then add coriander and serve hot.

    Goes good with Plain white Rice , Chapathi , Naan , idly , Dosa and Appam
