For dosa batter - mix rava , curd, soda ,salt properly and set aside
For kheema -In a pan take oil and add bay leaf, green chillies. Add onions and saute till they turn translucent. Add salt and ginger garlic paste ,cook till raw smell goes away.
Add capsicum and saute for 3 minutes.Add turmeric powder , red chilli powder and minced meat . add it to the pan ., cover the lid and cook meat in the oil.
Add meat masala , garam masala and some coriander leaves.
For dosa : mix some water in the rava mixture . take oil on a tawa and pour some batter on it , roll it in circular motion and make small thick dosa.
Break an egg on top of dosa and spread kheema evenly. Flip it over .
Take small egg and make mini omelete for decoration. Serve hot with omelete and garnish with mint leaves pickled red chilli. Kari dosai is ready to eat.
(You can add tomato while making kheema )
